40-year Final Production Sharing Agreement was signed in November 1997 between Kazakhstan Government and “Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.” Karachaganak field partners with commitment to construct new facilities that provide oil enter the world market. For realizing this commitment it was need to ensure the fields with construction materials transporting by rail and after construction operations the field freight were also to transport by rail. Thereby it was necessary to fix the company that could provide these services at a high level. By this aim “Kazinterfreight – Aksai” Forwarding Company LLP was formed.
Nowadays “Kazinterfreight-Aksai” Forwarding Company LLP is one of the larg-est enterprises in the West region and whole Kazakhstan and is registered by West Kazakhstan Justice Department in September 7th 1999.
The main activities of the Company are:
— providing normal transport market performance;
— implementation of business activity in the field of transport and communication complex;
— providing services of an inner and international transportation of passengers, baggage and goods;
— supplying and cleaning of railway cars;
— export, commercial and trade mediatorial activities;
— forwarding services;
— implementation of other activities in the field of transport and communication complex;
— construction-assembly works;
— manufacture of concrete products in assortment.

“Kazinterfreight – Aksai»” Forwarding Company LLP is an official forwarding agent of Kazakhstan Republic, fellow of Kazakhstan National Forwarding Agents Association (KNFA), Transporters and Car (container) Controllers Association (KTCA)
For 15 years in the intra republican and international transport markets the Company actively has been providing the following services:
1. Freight forwarding in intra republican, export-import, transit messages.
2. Operation, repair and service of the railway transport objects.
3. Organization and realization of freight and passenger transportations.
Carrying out all these functions “Kazinterfreight-Aksai” Forwarding Company LLP was admitted as the competent fellow of market services with successfully developing business. Being one of international transportation organizer, the company is directly interested in developing transport potential of the country and increasing international flows.
During the work the company was promoted as “Successful company of 2006”, “Reliable partner”, “Forwarding business leader”, also it was issued by certificates “For high quality in business practice”, number of certificates of honour and appreciation letters.
The company successfully implemented the integrated international standards of quality management systems of management in accordance with standards of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, ISO 14001:2004 health and safety management system, OHSAS 18001:2007 environmental management system, also KR standard of ISO 9001-2009. At present the company is certified by 3 organizations –Quality Centre of Kazakhstan, “Russian register” association and by IQNET.Also we have certificate of compliance for forwarding services on the railways.
Organizational structure
Up to date, the company has over 200 (two hundred) employees, who for the past time have become strong and harmonious team of associates. During its activity the Company took up transport equipment and today it has the following properties:
— motive power of 9 diesel-locomotive shunters to accommodate locomotive rod and provide it leasing;
— railway vehicles made in 4 ways of dump car flappers to the number of 169 units;
— 4 streamlined maintenance boxcars for delivery of inert materials.
The list of rendering services were increased in Company by high qualified specialist and expanding of technical basis which allowed us to enter to level of industrial railway transport.
